Abstract: Macaques (Macaca spp.) are Old World monkeys, with the greatest geographical distribution of all non-human primates, across Asia, Southern Europe and North Africa. There are 22 species; the two most commonly used in research and testing are the cynomolgus macaque (Macaca fascicularis) and the rhesus macaque (Macaca mulatta). Understanding the life history and behaviour of macaque species is essential for providing the best possible care in captivity and for achieving the best quality science from these animals. Appreciation of life history variables (such as ecological niche, social organisation, developmental stages) and natural behavioural repertoires can help to improve, for example, housing and enrichment design, ease of management of social groups, and the ability to train individuals for voluntary cooperation with scientific procedures, all of which will benefit animal welfare. Macaques that can express a wide range of species-, age- and sex-specific behaviours are more likely to be able to cope with the challenges posed by husbandry and scientific protocols.

Abstract: Presence of an appropriate pattern to assess and choose a good supplier among existing choices is a mandatory case in of supply chain management, hence the present research suggests a compound method of “quality performance development”, “Fuzzy logic” and “AHP” to classify and evaluate different suppliers. In this research we will use QFD that its engineering characteristics has been done using AHP to assess and classify suppliers in fuzzy environment, so that we shall be capable of recognition and selection of the most fitting suppliers  according to the principle company’s preset and strategic plans. Finally we used this method in an organization for  selecting  the best  reporting  software  supplier. It must be mentioned that this method can be used to select new suppliers and it can also be used to classify current suppliers.

Abstract: The simulator developed in this chapter has been executed for 100000 number of simulation runs in order to compute system reliability for web-based software. The results obtained for web-based software reliability corresponding to different data sets of values of web page reliability. It is found that the system reliability increases as the web page reliability increases. The simulator described in his chapter will be of great importance to evaluate the reliability of web based software. The transition probabilities of web pages which are not connected directly are considered as zero when ideal transition probabilities for the web pages are entered. Each state is prone to failure to some extent, thereby making the web software imperfect. The simulator is executed using various combinations of reliabilities of web pages and it is found that the system reliability is sensitive to the reliability of individual web pages. It is depicted from the graph plotted between web page reliability and web-based software reliability. It is also evident that the web-based software reliability increases as the number of simulation runs increases from the results.  This simulator can be used as an access tool by the software quality assurance team for estimating the reliability of web-based system. The reliability evaluation will act as a metric of amount the software quality assurance needs for meeting software project quality objectives.

Abstract: As the pressure of social competition increases, more and more young people are choosing to work away from home, leaving them unable to live with their families, leading to a longing for each other. With the increasing demand for products for the elderly, more and more designers are turning to the design of niche design for the elderly. The characteristics of the long tail theory have great enlightening significance for the design of this product, and has great development space for the design of minority groups. Currently running photo album APP can not meet the needs of this group of elderly people in different aspects, so the analysis of existing competitive photo album APP, find the user pain point, design a group can ease the elderly missing their children music photo album APP. The conceptual model of the music photo album APP, i. e. the low-fidelity image and the high-fidelity image, is designed.

Abstract: The proposed system, adapts the significance of the new context-based approach lies in the improved relevance of search results even for users not skilled in Web search. We achieve this by applying natural language processing techniques to the captured context in order to guide the subsequent search for user-selected text. Existing approaches, either analyze the entire document the user is working on, or ask the user to supply a category restriction along with search keywords. As opposed to these, our proposed method automatically analyzes the context in the immediate vicinity of the focus text. This allows analyzing just the right amount of background information, without running over the more distant (and less related) topics in the source document. The method also allows collecting contextual information without conducting an explicit dialog with the user.

Abstract: The potato crop is considered one of the most important strategic vegetable crops in Egypt, as it is one of the food and industrial crops on which some food industries are based, and the results showed that the quantities of the potato crop decreased in Egypt, where the exported amount decreased from 808.2 thousand tons in 2017 to 561.4 thousand tons in 2020 , It represents 30% of the amount issued in 2017, this is reflected in the balance of payments and the availability of hard currency, due to the arrogant appearance of covid 19, and the potato crop ranked first in the area of the vegetable crops with about 436.6 thousand acres, representing about 22.7%, and the results showed that the area of the potato crop is increasing with a statistically moral rate of 15.45 thousand acres, It represents 4.07% of its average during the search period, it was also found that the average export power of the potato crop has reached it towards 11.57% of the average amount of production, and the results of the instability factor indicate that the value of exports was more stable than the amount of exports and the export price of the potato crop, as it reached about 6.4, 9.3, 19.8, respectively, it turned out from the research that the Netherlands ranked first in global potato exports with a value of 847.7 million dollars, representing 18.7%, while France is one of the most important countries competing for Egypt and exporting the potato crop, as it exports approximately 2.1 million tons, representing about 16.6 %, And the results indicate that Egypt has a high virtual relative advantage for the potato crop, as the general average of the relative feature of the period reached about 18.8. The results of the gravitational model to the statistical morale indicate the positive effect of the average per capita share of those countries (x1¯¯) in increasing the quantities exported of potatoes by about 0.12%, and the statistical moral of the positive effect of the average per capita share in Egypt (x2¯¯) in increasing the quantities exported of potatoes by about 0.15%, as well as the statistical moral for the positive effect of the (D) in increasing the quantities exported of potatoes by about 0.22%. The search is recommended:1- Establishing logistical and export centers for potatoes in the most important governorates producing them to encourage farmers to increase the cultivated areas and provide the necessary quantities for exporters (Beheira, New Valley, Menoufia, Nubaria and Minya). 2- In view of the comparative advantage of the potato, the work of the Egyptian exports, the work to encourage producers and exporters with investment incentives that enable them to open new markets is considered to be important to increase exports of potatoes.3- Attention to contractual crops for export and expansion in the required items globally.

Abstract: Digital governance models bring with them the potential to result in far-reaching changes in governance structures in developing countries. The approach to it however has to be cautious and well- thought, and should take into consideration the existing situation in developing countries, such as high rates of illiteracy, lack of private means to own an ICT node, and poor infrastructure availability. Simple replication of popular e-governance models of the North will not be effective and may end up marginalising people who are on the wrong side of the digital divide. The creativity lies in the use of information and blending it with the potential offered by ICT to create customised low-cost digital governance models. Understanding of the political environment is therefore a must. Solutions may often emerge by analysis of reasons behind governance failures by the people themselves and then imaginatively using digital governance models to focus on the weakest spot in the bad governance cycle to bring gradual improvements. Small successes therefore become significant landmarks in the path to transformation to good governance. Last but not the least, the existence of a civil society that is intolerant to bad governance is of no less importance. A civil society which is content or tolerant to the ways of current governance processes and refuses to engage in the political change process will find digital governance models to be of little use.

Abstract: The objective of the present survey is to study effective factors on accepting on-line stock transactions. The evolutional model of technology acceptance constitutes the basis for the conceptual framework of this survey. The statistical population includes investors of the Isfahan Stock Exchange; one hundred seventy (170) of whom were selected as the sample using the random sampling method. Validity of the model is measured through structural equations modeling method, and the relationships between research variables are confirmed based on results of the path analysis. The statistical analysis in this survey uses structural equations modeling, and results illustrate that attitude, self-efficacy and perceived usefulness are major, effective motivational factors toward on-line stock transactions. Other added variables such as trust, credibility and risk are effective motivations to use on-line stock transactions through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness.

Abstract: A multiple fault tolerant measurement system based on nonlinear dynamic models, a special search algorithm, principle components decomposition and Q test is developed. The proposed system uses a model-based estimator to deliver symptoms. The symptoms are then analyzed in a statistical unit in order to detect the faults and isolate the faulty sensors. Multi-layer perceptron networks, radial basis function networks and Tagaki-Sugeno fuzzy models were examined for the fault estimator module while fuzzy models presented the best performance. The main advantages of the proposed scheme are the capability to detect, isolate and repair multiple faults in both input and output sensors and the feasibility to be applied to any system with as many sensors as required, all due to particular design of its model-based estimator. The system was tested on a CSTH model developed based on an experimental platform; different experiments demonstrated satisfactory results.

Abstract: The sorghum crop is one of the strategic crops that has many uses and food industries, as it is the main component of concentrated feed and one of the most important grain crops in the world. And the problem of sorghum in Egypt is limited to Low productivity per acre, limited cultivated areas, and competition for unit area for other summer crops such as soybeans, sunflowers and summer green fodder for livestock. Statistical estimates showed an increase in the areas of yellow corn over white corn in Egypt due to the demand for yellow more and necessary for feed factories, in addition to its higher price than white corn in Egypt. Despite that, the increase in production for the yellow corn crop is due to the increase in areas, not to develop new varieties or higher productivity. It was also shown that the consumption of feed annually increased by about 0.4 million tons, on the other hand, the low self-sufficiency rates and the increase in the size of the gap, which led to the owners of the poultry industry in Egypt increased the volume of imports of yellow corn and due to the Corona pandemic, it faced some obstacles, such as the delay of trucks in front of Egyptian imports, which led to an increase in the local price of corn and the control of some traders over the market. It also showed the concentration of corn production in Egypt in the governorates of Upper Egypt more than in Lower Egypt, where the governorates of Upper Egypt were represented by about 12.3%, 9.1%, 7.2%, 7.1%, for the governorates of Minya, Assiut, Beni Suef, Sohag, where the weather suitable for agriculture and suitable for drying prevails. Not infected with pests and diseases. The most important countries exporting yellow corn to Egypt showed that Ukraine occupied the first place by about 31%, and Argentina, the United States and Brazil came with about 21.1%, 18.8%, 13.3% of Egypt's total imports from the world's exporting yellow corn countries. Estimates of the Simultaneous model indicate an increase in the amount of production and consumption of sorghum, reaching about 7.43 million tons, and about 3.46 million tons, respectively, in 2023, while it reached about 7.58 million tons, and about 3.56 million tons in 2025. The estimates showed an increase in the volume of imports of yellow corn , which amounted to about 17,537 million tons in 2023 and took an increasing trend towards 17.80 million tons in 2025, which requires us to take all measures and strategies to increase local production and find solutions as alternatives in the feed industry in order to save the hard currency incurred by the state in the volume of imports.
