IPC Section 377 missing in the proposed Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 would lead men remediless towards unnatural offences against them

Jamshed Ansari

Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Directorate of Prosecution, Government of NCT of Delhi (India)

Abstract: The Government of India has introduced three Bills in the Lok Sabha: The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill, 2023, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Bill, 2023, and the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, 2023, to replace the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and the Indian Evidence Act,1872, respectively. The biggest weakness in the proposed Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill that seeks to replace the IPC is the complete elimination of Section 377 of IPC without putting in place alternative mechanisms of redressal for unnatural offences against animals and adult men. The absence of any such law in the new Code Bill to address unnatural offences towards man and animal opens the door for such crimes to proliferate.

Abstract: A significant increase was observed in exchangeable Ca, CEC, and water infiltration in the alleys of both the species. Chander et al. (1998) demonstrated that adoption of Dalbergia sissoo Roxb. ex DC., a N-fixing tree, under agroforestry significantly increased nutrient pool, organic biomass, and activities of enzymes—hydrogenases and alkaline phosphatases—in the soil. Further, agroforestry trees also help in improving soil physical and biological properties (Rao et al., 1998). Thevathasan and Gordon (2004) reported that tree intercropping under temperate AFS significantly enhanced the diversity of birds, insects, and earthworms; increased soil organic carbon content and N cycling; and improved soil health.

Abstract: Bird species will be able to survive in the urban landscape or not, depends on their ability to adapt or the available resources. Birds and their melodious song increase the quality of life, especially for people living in urban areas. Nowadays city planners are making these habitats attractive, so that this may increase the faunal diversity. The current review aims to provide an analysis of avian fauna recorded. Wetland birds and terrestrial species are included from various water bodies and greenspaces of this area. This review highlights various aspects of avian diversity which were enlisted over these years and it will also form a base for further research.

Abstract: A team of Korean researchers say they have discovered the world's first room-temperature superconductivity, a mechanism of room-temperature Tc discussed in terms of the one-dimensional BR-BCS theory. What is the most basic principle of "superconductivity" here? The famous "BCS theory" is a theory of the basic principle of "superconductivity", but it is based on the principle of electron pair theory (BCS is the pair of electrons with spin reversed parallel pairing), is there a more basic principle that includes it?

Abstract Modern children's clothing breaks the feudal concept and reflects the characteristics of the era when the west wind is gradually moving from the east to the east and the east are integrated. Taking the big red jacquard silk children's jacket and the cyan lotus pattern crotch pants collected by Hebei Yongqing Clothing Museum as the research object, the relevant data of two pieces of modern children's clothing were obtained through the plane contact measurement method and holographic data collection, the 2D plate restoration was carried out by using CorelDRAW software, the CLO3D virtual fitting technology was used to establish a modern children's clothing wearing model, and the clothing deformation rate and clothing pressure were evaluated and analyzed. The results show that the feasibility of using CLO3D virtual fitting technology for the restoration of modern children's clothing structure, as well as the structural design of modern children's clothing, have certain limitations, which is conducive to the scientific, effective, intuitive and convenient study of modern children's clothing, and open up ideas for the restoration and inheritance of traditional clothing.

Abstract: This paper first analyzes the way in which the interaction between the real world which made of atoms and the virtual world which made of bits takes place as a multi-sensory and multi-dimensional interactionthen proposes a theoretical architecture that realizes multi-sensory and multi-dimensional interaction in virtual reality by means of sensors-controllers(chips)-virtual worlds (computers). Then an immersive virtual reality game with a relaxation theme is designed by the author based on previously proposed theory, the interface design, scenario design, level design, and interactive element design are introduced.

Dependence of wheat seed germination kinetics on temperature and magnetic field

Abstract. Temperature dependence of wheat seed swelling and sprouting kinetics in water in the range of 10ºС to 25ºС for constant magnetic field (~104Gs) has been studied. Grain weight growth was chosen to serve the parameter under control. Activation energies for swelling and germination processes have been estimated (43.5kJ/mol and 47.5kJ/mol) of which the latter depended linearly on the share of hydrophilic substances in seeds. The assumption has been made that the quantum-cooperative phenomena in hydrate shells of biomolecules and clusters with correlated states of water spin-isomers define the adaptive physiology. Optimal temperatures of seed stratification and sprouting has been attributed to transitions between ice-like and spiral clusters. Magnetic field did not effect the kinetics of swelling but it slightly inhibited the rate of sprouting. Negative influence of magnetic field was explained by effect of Lorenz force on protons in the plain perpendicular to their motion in scutellum plasmalemma.
