Abstract: The understanding of the spatial distribution of lead (Pb) in soil is important in the assessment of potential risks and development of remediation strategies for Pb contaminated land.  This is because uptake models used for risk assessment and remediation of contaminated land assume homogeneity of soil and growth medium.  However, homogeneous models   are not realistic in field scenarios. The effect of simplistic binary heterogeneity on plant uptake was investigated in a greenhouse pot trial using two Brassica species.  Plant uptake in the simplistic binary treatment was compared with a homogeneous treatment.  This pot experiment with Brassica napus and Brassica juncea in simplistic binary model of heterogeneity found 20 to 60% lower uptake in the binary treatment than the homogeneous treatment.  Biomass was higher by 10 to 50% in Brassica juncea and 20 to 40% lower for B. napus in the binary treatment, when compared to the homogeneous and control treatments.  This report demonstrated that the presence and extent of in situ heterogeneity of Pb in soil plays an important role in metal uptake by plants. It also showed that the homogeneous and simplistic binary model of heterogeneity do not give reliable estimates of plant growth and metal uptake in realistic field conditions.  This work has implications for improving the efficiency of phytoremediation of Pb contaminated land and reliability of risk assessment models of human exposure to contaminants.

Abstract: This paper clarifies the application of the Dinesh Verma transform for exploring the Unidirectional streamline flow between parallel plates directly without finding the complementary solution of a differential equation connecting to the flow distinctive equation of the viscous liquid. Viscosity is the property of a liquid under which viscous forces act as the liquid moves. This force opposes the relative motion of various layers of the fluid. This viscous force becomes active when the different layers of the fluid moves at different velocities, creating shear stresses between the layers of working fluid. In this article, We apply the Dinesh Verma Transformation to solve the differential equations related to the flow properties of viscous fluids to obtain the velocity and shear stress distributions of stream line flows in the fixed plate to plate and plate to plate directions Parallel plates in the relative motion.

Abstract: Safety issues are a major concern in the construction industry because construction accidents, injuries, and fatalities bring great losses to all parties in the construction field. This study aims to evaluate the number of injuries and safety culture in residential construction sites in Jordan and to emphasize the importance of safety awareness. We used the OSHA Safety Culture Survey to measure safety culture and awareness of supervisors and laborers at various residential worksites. We also used a modified version of the Saudi Aramco contractor’s job safety inspection sheet to measure the safety level in these worksites. The resultant data on the number and locations of injuries corresponded to data found by Jordan’s Social Security Corporation. The safety level was found to be low in the observed work sites. From the present findings, we propose a number of recommendations to improve safety performance.

Abstract: Background: Lead is recognized as the most toxic environmental pollutant and potential danger to human health. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) has proven to be a highly effective antidote to acetaminophen overdose and has been used clinically since decades for the treatment of many diseases. Objectives: The present study aimed to investigate therapeutic potentials of NAC against lead acetate induced hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity in male mice. Methods: Six groups, each of five mice were used in this study. Group I, (normal healthy control group); Group II, (control treated group I): mice were injected intraperitoneal (i.p.) with NAC at a dose 40 mg/kg body weight (b.wt); Group III, (control treated group II): mice were injected i.p. with NAC at a dose 80 mg/kg b.wt daily; Group VI , (lead-acetate treated group): mice were injected i.p. with lead acetate at a dose 40 mg/kg b.wt i.p.; Group V, (lead-acetate + NAC 40 group): mice were injected i.p. with lead acetate followed by i.p. treatment with NAC (40mg/kg, i.p.); Group VI , (lead-acetate + NAC 80 group): mice were injected i.p. with lead acetate followed by i.p. treatment with NAC (80mg/kg, i.p.). Results: The hepatic and renal damage induced by lead acetate were evidenced by a significant increase in the serum ALAT, ASAT, ALP, bilirubin, total protein, urea, creatinine, uric acid and MDA as well as reduction in GSH level. Treatment with NAC is not only detoxified the toxicity but also brought back the alerted levels of biochemical markers to near normal levels in the dose dependent manner. Conclusions: The results indicate that NAC showed effective anti-oxidative action against lead acetate-induced hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity in male mice.

Abstract:  :  According to Global Monsoon Time Scales, changes in climate are going to happen in the New Zealand in the coming years upto 2075's. Future changes are expected to include a warmer atmosphere, a warmer and more acidic ocean, higher sea levels and larger changes in precipitation pattern. According to an estimate, the climate of the above country will change in the coming years and Heavy rains and floods will occur. The rivers that currently flowing normally will overflow. Dry rivers will be full. The dried lakes will be full. Overall, until the coming year 2075's, many countries of the world including the New Zealand will be flooded with heavy rains, snow and other precipitation and floods in the coming years. Through this research proposal, we can know the future consequences of the climate of the New Zealand and prevention and mitigation measures can be made accordingly. So, scientists can establish Monsoon Time Scale for the New Zealand and predict what is going to happen in that New Zealand in the coming years roughly.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to identify the enzymatic responses to varying levels of physical stress in 800-meter runners differ. The researchers used the experimental methods on a sample of six male track and field players' ages 18-22 years, measurements used in this study at rest and after exercise on treadmill CPK, LDH, SGOT, SGPT. The following conclusions were reached:

1.         Utilize the study's results as indicators for regulating different physical loads (maximum load, submaximal load, and moderate load) in the 800-meter race competition.

2.         Incorporate the study's findings in the selection of athletes based on enzymatic responses and varying physical loads (maximum load, submaximal load, and moderate load).

3.         Develop a guidance model by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) in Saudi Arabia, including the enzymatic variables under study, to guide the development of training programs of different intensities for various athletic levels in the 800-meter race.

4.         Employ enzymatic variables as essential indicators of the training status of 800-meter race track athletes.

Abstract: Rooted in the history of Chinese revolution, red culture is a unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese people, an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and an important resource for the construction of social ideology and the cultivation of national moral culture. Under the new social pattern led by the twenty, the dissemination of red culture constantly needs to be innovated and developed from a digital perspective. However, in the era of entertainment to death and traffic, the mainstream values of red culture are increasingly eroded by the rationality of information technology tools, resulting in the digital dissemination of red culture still facing many difficulties. In order to solve this problem, we must start from the four aspects of the subject, the audience, the communication content and the effect monitoring, improve the personal quality of the communicators, and achieve the "right medicine" of the communication content and channels, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of red culture communication.
