Abstract: Cosmos  is made up of the cosmic syntactic unit "universe" in infinite number, that has similar universal external and internal, structure and properties, embedded one in each other and extended in ascending and descending order. To explain and justify this model, there are three universes so far known to us, they are, the universe seen around our earth is a gigantic universe, the atom present from hydrogen to uranium and above is another gigantic universe and the photon, the particle related to energy existing in several forms of electromagnetic radiation is also another gigantic universe. These three are gigantic individual universes, having similar universal external and internal, structure and properties, embedded one in each other and extended in ascending and descending order.

Abstract: Today and from a strategic point of view, intellectual capital is applied to create and improve organizational worthiness and organizational success depends on how this crucial capital is used and managed in the system. This study investigates the influence of intellectual capital on productivity in 'Behnoosh' Company. The results -which are obtained through the Pierson correlation and regression – represent the positive effects and meaningful aspects of intellectual capital to gain more productivity. In continue and with the Friedman test applied, two main variables were ranked that in intellectual capital components, human capital and relational capital were more powerful than organizational capital. Then, the 'Average' test results showed that all variables considered in this study were placed in satisfactory levels. In the end, some suggestions to better intellectual capital management and achieve more productivity were presented.

No Implicit Learning is Possible without Awareness! In Favor of Noticing Hypothesis

Abstract: To be fair, one’s ability to use what was learned is the product of filtering out what was attended to.  Accordingly, learners must attend to and notice any source of variation that matters, whatever makes a difference in meaning. Those types of learning attended to are the by-product of what is consciously going to be investigated. Henceforth, something which is explicitly memorized and learned can promote individuals’ implicit learning, in future. In this regard, it is claimed explicit learning can have a subtle effect on enhancing implicit learning; however, this impact may not be smooth.  The paper is an attempt to resolve some misunderstandings in favor of Schmidt’s (1990) Noticing Hypothesis; furthermore, this paper is to revisit the claim that attention is a matter of degree to be interpreted in a relative rather than in an absolute sense.

Abstract: Political culture is considered as an important factor in the creation of the modern state and civil society ; Authoritarian and Civility-oriented cultures are considered in the political culture  ,and  if Intellectuals and most parties were not resisting  against the Despotism and The Vepeter and Monial Imperial Systems ,and Catholics were not complaining and  putting them under danger , in this case the modern world was impossible . Political culture is an important factor in creation of civil society and modern state; Authoritarian and Civility-oriented cultures are considered in the political culture, and if Intellectuals and most parties were not resisting against the Despotism and The Vepeter and Monial Imperial Systems, and Catholics were not complaining and putting them under danger, in this case the modern world was impossible. While the church called the intellectual scientist and innovators just as the apostates, and dominator along with individuals were in favor of Despotism. one of the fundamental bases of civil society and modern state is forming the political culture ;lack of political culture put the emphasis on the lack of mechanisms in  favorable education systems and socialization institutions .the parties could be one of the biggest socialization elements through Regulatory circuits .the present research is an analysis–descriptive study which considered the evaluation of civil society’s alterations in the western ‘s political notion .the aim of this research is to analyze the history of political and Philosophic culture in basis of the western political notion and the formation of the civil society in the western countries , and finally  it is considered to obtain the logical approach in the history of civil society alterations in the western political notion.

Abstract:  There are many mysteries and unsolved issues in the monsoonal climate and Weather systems that cannot explain and solve. I proposed and designed the Basics of Monsoon Time Scales for all world global, regional, local monsoon systems along with countries for unraveling the mysteries of climate, weather, monsoons; studying the characteristics of mechanism of climate, weather and monsoons and exercising the benefits of mankind and development of monsoonal climate and weather sciences.  According to the researches and studies on the Monsoon Time Scales, it is known that there will be major global climate changes in the coming years "i.e"  heavy rains, floods and storms etc. will occur until about 2075 and there will be droughts and famines etc. until about 2150. Through the establishment of Monsoon Time Scales, we can know the future consequences of the climate changes. Plans can be made accordingly. So, scientists can establish the Monsoon Time Scale and predict what is going to happen in the monsoonal climate in the coming years roughly. I call on the world scientists to design and establish the North American Monsoon Time Scale following the Basics of Monsoon Time Scales outlined below, based on the India Monsoon Time Scale which is successfully proved out in practice.  North American monsoon is a key system in  global monsoon systems. I have conducted many scientific researches on this monsoon system  and as a part these researches, I proposed and designed the Basics of North American Monsoon Time Scale  which can help to study the past, present and future movements & conditions of the North American  monsoon. In the current year 2022, the pre-path of Indian summer monsoon was traveling upwards and reached to the 29th June.
